How it works

Delivery and Planning

We’ll start with a free discovery call to understand your organization’s goals and challenges, identify which workshop topics or coaching services best suit your needs, and discuss logistics, such as audience size, session format (virtual or in-person), and preferred dates. After the call, I’ll send a customized proposal with clear objectives and pricing.

Agreement & customization

Once you approve the proposal, we’ll finalize the agreement and lock in the schedule. I’ll then start designing and customizing the workshop materials to align with your specific goals and audience. You’ll have the opportunity to review the content outline to ensure everything is on point.

Workshop delivery

On the day of the workshop, I’ll deliver an engaging and interactive session tailored to your team.
Expect practical techniques and hands-on exercises, a collaborative learning environment where participants feel heard and supported, and clear, actionable takeaways that participants can apply immediately.

Follow-up and results review

After the workshop, I’ll follow up with a summary of key takeaways and participant feedback, optional post-workshop materials, such as action plans or worksheets, and a brief results review to discuss successes, insights, and potential next steps for continued growth.
